Runs on your hardware · Data stays local

Put AI to work
inside your team.
Not next to it.

We set up autonomous AI that plugs into your existing departments, learns how your people work, and takes real work off their plate. It runs on your hardware. It gets smarter every week. And your team stays in control.

Everyone's talking about AI. Almost nobody's actually using it.

Your team has tried ChatGPT. Maybe someone built a few Zapier automations. But there's a big gap between asking AI to rewrite an email and having AI do meaningful work in your business.

You're still throwing hours at tasks that shouldn't need hours. Research that takes a full afternoon. Reports no one wants to compile. SOPs that live in someone's head and nowhere else. You know there's a better way. You just haven't found someone who can actually set it up.

Most "AI consultants" will sell you a workshop or install a chatbot and disappear. We do something different: integrate AI into your team's actual workflows, teach your people how to work with it, and stay with you as it grows.

What we do

Your team, with AI built in.

We put AI directly into your departments. Not as a tool your team has to learn, but as a coworker that learns your team. Your marketing people get an AI that knows your brand voice. Your ops team gets one that knows your processes. They work alongside your people, on your schedule.

The AI learns your business as it works.

It picks up on patterns your team repeats. It starts drafting SOPs on its own. Over a few months, you end up with a living document of how your company actually operates, built automatically from real work.

It gets better without anyone managing it.

Week 1 it handles simple tasks. By month 3 it's running multi-step workflows. By month 6 it's catching things your team missed. The improvement is automatic, not something you have to babysit.

When someone quits, their knowledge doesn't leave with them.

This is the one that keeps founders up at night. Tribal knowledge, the stuff that lives in one person's head, is already in the system. Documented. Executable. Updating itself.

Your team gets their evenings back.

We regularly queue up 10+ hours of work after our office closes. By morning, research is done, documents are drafted, and projects have moved forward. Your team can do the same.

Process

Live in 30 days.
Compounding from there.

01 Month 1

Get live

We get on a call with your key people and learn how your business actually runs. Not a questionnaire, a real conversation. Then we ship you a Mac Mini pre-loaded with your instance, configured for your workflows, and walk your team through going live. Just as important: we start teaching your team how to work with their AI counterpart. How to delegate to it, how to review its output, how to think about what to hand off and what to keep.

02 Months 2–3

Build the muscle

We identify the highest-value workflows to automate and start building skills specific to your business. Your team is learning alongside the AI. They're getting comfortable giving it real work, reviewing what comes back, and refining how it operates. This is the part most people skip when they try to DIY it, and it's why most AI setups gather dust.

03 Months 4–6

Compounding

Your AI is proposing new SOPs. It's catching patterns. It's handling multi-step work on its own. Your team has developed an intuition for what to hand off and what to keep. If you're expanding to more departments, each one gets its own instance on the same infrastructure.

04 Ongoing

Ongoing

This isn't a 6-month engagement that ends. The minimum commitment is 6 months because that's how long it takes for the compounding to really show. After that, most clients stay because there's always more to build, more departments to expand into, more skills to develop. Your AI keeps learning. Your team keeps getting better at using it. We keep working with you to push both forward.

Your AI lives on your hardware. Your data stays under your control.

Runs on your hardware

Mac Mini in your office. Your data never leaves your network.

Least privilege model

Starts sandboxed. Every capability expansion goes through risk assessment.

In-house skill registry

We write and review every skill. Checksummed. No unvetted third-party code.

Results

We use this every day. In our own businesses.

We didn't design this service on a whiteboard. We built it because our own companies needed it. We run AI instances across multiple departments of a SaaS company and a digital agency. Here's what that actually looks like in practice:

We publish pricing so you can decide if this is a fit before getting on a call.

Enterprise

$10,000 /month per instance

6-month minimum, ongoing after that

We ship you a base-model Mac Mini (~$600 at cost) pre-loaded with your configured instance. It's yours. We use Mac Minis because they're consistent, low-power, and support iMessage integration, which most teams want.

Common questions.

What's an "AI team member" in practice? +

An autonomous agent running on hardware in your office, configured with skills specific to your business. Unlike ChatGPT, where you type a prompt and get a response, these agents work proactively. They pick up tasks, follow workflows, and produce output based on what they've learned from your team. They run 24/7 and improve as they go.

How is this different from a one-time AI setup? +

Setup services hand you a configured tool and leave. We stick around for six months minimum because the real value shows up over time. Month 1 is useful. Month 6 is a different thing entirely. The AI has learned your business, built SOPs, and is running workflows that didn't exist when we started.

Is this secure? +

Your AI runs on hardware you control. Your business data, files, skills, and configuration stay on your machine. The AI does use cloud-based language models for reasoning (same providers behind ChatGPT and Claude), but your proprietary context doesn't get stored by those providers. We use a security configuration we built and maintain, not defaults. Our skill library is written in-house and checksummed. No third-party code we haven't vetted. Happy to walk through the full architecture on a call.

What kinds of businesses does this work for? +

If your team does repeatable work that involves research, writing, analysis, communication, or coordination, this can help. We run it in a SaaS company and a digital agency. The model works across industries.

Why is there a 6-month minimum? +

Because it takes time for the compounding to show. Month 1 is setup. Months 2-3 your team is learning to work with AI. Months 4-6 is when things really click. The 6-month minimum exists because we've seen the results and know what it takes to get there. After that, it's an ongoing subscription. Most clients stay because there's always more to build.

Why a Mac Mini? +

Consistent platform we can pre-configure before shipping. Low power draw, reliable, and it supports iMessage, which is useful for teams that communicate there. If you need different hardware, we can talk about it.

How much time does my team need to put in? +

Most involvement is in month 1: a few hours for discovery and onboarding. After that, a monthly working session (an hour or two) and occasional back-and-forth as we build new skills. The goal is to save time, not create meetings.

Let's talk about what this looks like for your team.

Businesses that figure out how to pair their people with AI in the next year will have an advantage that compounds. Your team already knows the work. We give them AI that multiplies what they can do. We take on a limited number of clients at a time. If this sounds relevant, let's have a conversation.
